15 years in biotech • 7+ years teaching yoga • Trauma-informed approach
Nirel spent 15 years working as a scientist in the biotech industry, while also teaching yoga for part of that time. She knows firsthand what it feels like to balance a demanding career, a full schedule, and the need to make space for yourself somewhere in between. Her background in science still influences the way she approaches wellness today, with curiosity, observation, and a genuine interest in understanding what helps people feel more supported.
Nirel has been teaching yoga for over seven years and now works full-time as a restorative yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, teacher mentor, and wellness creative. Her trauma-informed and inclusive approach weaves together restorative yoga, mindful movement, meditation, and sound healing. Rather than asking people to perform or push, she creates experiences that invite them to slow down, notice what they need, and explore rest in a way that feels accessible to them.
