A Steady Space to Practice, Connect, and Rest
We believe yoga has a place beyond the studio.
Steady Space Collective is a community of yoga teachers dedicated to bringing accessible, trauma-informed practices into spaces where people may benefit from additional care, connection, and support.
Led by Nirel, an experienced restorative yoga teacher and educator, our collective works with organizations to create thoughtful yoga experiences that honor the unique needs of their communities.
Whether supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges, recovery, or everyday stress, we believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up as they are.
What we offer:
Yoga That Meets Your Community Where They Are
No two communities are alike. We collaborate with organizations to create yoga experiences that reflect the needs of their participants, environments, and goals.
Accessible & Gentle Yoga
Movement-based practices offering modifications, choices, and opportunities to participate at different comfort levels.
Sound Bath & Mindful Rest
Immersive sound experiences and guided relaxation designed to encourage rest and mindful awareness.
Restorative Yoga
Slow, supportive practices centered on rest, comfort, and opportunities for nervous system regulation.
Specialized Yoga Programming
Customized yoga programs for clinical, recovery, community, and other specialized environments, informed by trauma-sensitive teaching principles.
Who We Serve:
Supporting People Across Different Settings
Our teachers understand that yoga looks different depending on the environment, participants, and purpose of the program.
Clinical & Behavioral Health Settings
Yoga programming for outpatient clinics, mental health programs, recovery settings, and other care environments.
Community Organizations & Nonprofits
Accessible classes supporting connection, movement, and rest within the communities you serve.
Workplaces & Wellness Programs
Thoughtful experiences that create opportunities for employees and teams to pause, recharge, and reconnect.
Our Experience:
Rooted in Experience. Guided by Care.
Our collective is built on firsthand experience bringing yoga into clinical and community environments, including behavioral health, outpatient treatment, and recovery programs.
We understand that each setting comes with its own considerations, from participant needs and accessibility to scheduling and communication. Our approach combines thoughtful teaching, collaborative program coordination, and ongoing teacher support to create yoga experiences that feel accessible, adaptable, and sustainable.
We know that creating a wellness program takes more than finding a teacher. It takes communication, consistency, and an understanding of the people being served.
Trauma-Informed Approach
Our teaching emphasizes choice, accessibility, and respect for individual experiences.
Thoughtful Coordination
We help with teacher placement, scheduling, and ongoing communication so your team can focus on serving its community.
A Community of Teachers
Rather than relying on one instructor, organizations benefit from access to a network of teachers and coordinated substitute support, subject to availability.
Adaptable Programming
We consider your participants' needs, physical environment, and organizational goals when developing classes.

Let's Practice
Our teachers facilitate classes while we maintain communication and coordinate ongoing program needs.
Meet the Collective:
Experienced Teachers. Shared Values.
Our collective brings together yoga teachers who value accessibility, thoughtful teaching, and continued learning.
Through orientation, mentorship, and shared resources, we work to cultivate a community of teachers prepared to support participants in a variety of settings.
Thoughtfully Prepared. Continuously Supported.
Every teacher in Steady Space Collective has completed at least a 200-hour yoga teacher training and brings experience with trauma-informed practices, whether through specialized training, teaching experience, or professional work in clinical settings.
As part of onboarding, teachers complete a clinical orientation covering site logistics, trauma-informed teaching considerations, professional boundaries, and practical guidance for navigating specialized environments.
Our support doesn't end with onboarding. Through ongoing communication, shared resources, and a connected community of teachers who learn from and support one another, we make sure our teachers have a space to ask questions, exchange experiences, and continue growing in their work. We believe that when teachers feel supported, the communities they serve benefit, too.
