Hello! I’m Nirel!

I'm a second-generation Filipino-American yoga teacher specializing in Restorative Yoga—a practice rooted in stillness, release, and deep rest. After navigating impostor syndrome, mental fatigue, burnout, and depression, I learned that wellness is so much more than just getting enough sleep. For me, it’s about intentionally tending to the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga became a path to healing—one that helped me reconnect with myself and inspired me to guide others on their own journeys.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I offer restorative yoga sessions and events that often incorporate sound healing, Reiki, and other supportive practices to help deepen rest and self-reflection. I believe true well-being isn’t just an individual pursuit—it’s deeply rooted in community care. By creating spaces where people can pause, soften, and restore together, my hope is to support collective healing and resilience.
