Grounding & Movement: We'll start with centering and gentle stretches paired with intuitive movements to help you connect more deeply with your body
Restorative Poses: Move into supported restorative poses that allow your nervous system to fully relax
Somatic Sound Healing: Close with a nourishing sound bath featuring metal singing bowls played around and on the body to encourage calm, release, and balance
